About this gig

Most automations work until something unexpected shows up. Then they stop, and nobody notices for two days.

I build workflows that keep running when the model returns something odd, when an API is down, and when the input is not what anyone planned for.

WHAT I BUILD

Lead capture and routing - form or email in, sorted into your CRM

Customer replies - classified, answered or escalated

Documents and invoices - extract fields, check them, push onward

Meeting notes to actions - transcript in, summary and tasks out

WHAT COMES WITH EVERY BUILD

Validation - a malformed response never moves downstream

Retries with backoff, and a fallback when the model or API is down

A decision log - every routing choice recorded with its reason

Nothing is silently dropped: what cannot be handled goes to a human

WHY THIS MATTERS

Most AI workflows fail quietly: a category that does not exist, an API that times out, the job stops with no error anyone sees. You find out when a customer asks why nobody replied.

The fix is not a better prompt. The code decides, the AI only classifies - so you can always read why.

Systems and business analyst, 12+ years across robotics, telecom, retail, logistics, government and smart-city systems — at Navio, EPAM, Netcracker (on-site in Tokyo) and Russian Post. I build automations that keep running when something goes wrong: a model returns a category nobody defined, an API times out, an input arrives that nobody planned for. What holds them is the data contract, the validation, the retry and fallback path, and a decision log you can read afterwards. Since 2025 I run multi-agent LLM pipelines in production: deterministic quality gates and hundreds of automated tests.
