Hi, I’m Dariella — a professional singer-songwriter with 15+ years of experience and 300+ completed music projects. I’ve studied songwriting through Berklee College of Music and graduated as a Worship Major from CFNI in Dallas. Do I need to have an instrumental?
No. If you already have an instrumental/backing track, please send it to me. If not, I can create a simple piano accompaniment for the vocal demo.
Can you write a melody for lyrics I already have?
Yes! The Basic package is designed for this. I’ll create an original vocal melody for your existing lyrics and record a vocal demo.
Can you write both the melody and lyrics?
Absolutely. Standard includes original melody and lyrics for up to 1 minute, while Premium covers a complete song up to 3 minutes.
What is topline writing?
Topline writing means creating the vocal melody and/or lyrics that go over an instrumental or musical idea. I can create the melody, lyrics, or both depending on your project.
Can you work with my existing song idea or unfinished song?
Yes. You can send me your demo, instrumental, lyrics, voice memo or even a basic idea. I can develop it according to the package and your creative direction.
What does a revision include?
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the delivered melody, lyrics or vocal performance based on the original brief. A completely new creative direction or rewrite may require an additional fee.
Do I get commercial rights to the song?
Yes, commercial use is included in my packages. You may commercially release and use the delivered work. If you have specific requirements regarding copyright ownership, songwriting credits, publishing or royalties, please contact me before ordering so we can agree on the terms.
Do I need to credit you as a songwriter or vocalist?
Please contact me before release to discuss songwriting/vocal credits and any specific copyright or publishing requirements for your project.
