My game is unreleased. Is my project safe with you?
Absolutely. As a Level 1 Seller with 4 years of experience, I take confidentiality very seriously. Your game files and footage will never be shared publicly without your explicit permission.
What exactly will I receive at the end of the delivery?
You will receive a structured report detailing my session. This includes a Word Document with categorized bugs (Visual, Gameplay, Critical), review and suggestions for improvements, and for Standard and Premium packages, a video recording of the session.
Do I need to provide a game key or account?
Yes. Since I am a third-party tester, if your game is paid, you must provide a valid Steam key, Epic Store key, TestFlight invite (iOS), or eShop download code (Switch 2). I do not purchase games for testing purposes.
