Hi there, I am a 20 year old programmer from the United Kingdom.
I have been dabbling in HTML, PHP and MySQL since I was 10 years old an have been making expert websites using HTML/Bootstrap templates for sites like "The Floof Hotel", a website for an artist friend of mine, and a personal portfolio I coded from the ground-up. Please see the gallery for examples.
Unfortunately due to lack of CSS knowledge, I cannot guarantee being able to make a site from ground-up, but I am able to modify the colour scheme of an existing template
Prices are based on development only.
I expect you to provide a template you want to use and if needed pay for it before starting the project, otherwise a free template will be used.
