Do I need to be good with tools?
No. I'll give you clear instructions. If you're not comfortable, you can ask a local handyman to follow my guidance.
What if I follow your guidance and it still doesn't work?
I'll do my best to help. If the issue is beyond remote guidance, I'll tell you honestly and recommend next steps. For Premium package, I stay with you until it's fixed.
Can you help with commercial machines?
Yes. I've worked with commercial machines from Eversys, La Marzocco, Franke, WMF, and many others. Message me with your machine details.
What languages do you speak?
I respond in English (with translation tools) and Mandarin Chinese. Most communication is via text/photos/videos, which works well across languages.
