How long are the classes?
It depends on your concentration span! I would recommend minimum 1 hour and up to a max of 3 hours.
How frequent are the classes?
I would recommend at least once a week. This way, we can set you independent work for the week and check in regularly. You may want to start with more frequent sessions and reduce the frequency over time until you're 100% on your own.
Are the classes online?
Yes, we see each other by Zoom with independent online work for you to do during the week. Please do let me know if you need a mobile or tablet-friendly version of the course!
