About this gig

A gearbox that looks right in a model can still be impossible to machine, assemble or quote. Missing fits, vague gear data and unclear part lists send machinists back with questions. I deliver the 3D CAD gearbox together with the tech pack and exploded view a workshop actually needs.


3D CAD GEARBOX

Gears, shafts, bearings, keys, seals, fasteners and housing, fully assembled with clearances and interference checked.


TECH PACK

Part drawings with dimensions, tolerances and surface finish. Gear data tables (teeth, module, pressure angle, helix where used). Shaft and bearing fits. Material and heat treatment notes. Numbered bill of materials with standard parts listed.


EXPLODED VIEW

Clean exploded drawing with balloons matched to the parts list, plus an optional animated version showing assembly order.


FILES

STEP, native CAD, PDF drawings, DXF and editable BOM on request.


STANDARDS

ISO or ASME drafting, first or third angle, metric or inch, as you prefer.


GEARBOX TYPES
