Moving to Shopify is the one project where a mistake shows up as lost traffic and lost orders. I plan it so nothing is lost: every product, customer and order moved and checked, every old URL redirected, and tracking working on day one.
At EPAM I led the frontend of a Magento 2 to Shopify replatform for an enterprise multi-brand group, and was a key engineer on an industrial-tools group's composable replatform: Shopify storefronts in 8 languages and 15 markets on a PIM-fed catalogue. For a UK PC retailer I moved the store to a new theme a week before Black Friday.
This project is the plan, at a fixed price: I assess your current store, map every product, customer, order and URL, list the risks, and give you a fixed price and timeline for the migration itself. The fee is credited in full if you go ahead within 30 days.

Will I lose my SEO rankings?
Not if redirects and content are handled properly. I map every old URL to its new page, keep titles and meta data, and check Search Console after launch. Some movement in the first weeks is normal.
Can you move customer passwords and order history?
Customers and order history, yes. No platform lets passwords move, so customers get an account activation email. I set it up so it reads well and doesn't look like spam.
Which platforms can you migrate from?
WooCommerce, Magento 1 and 2, BigCommerce, and most custom platforms with a database or export. Message me with yours before you buy.
Can we keep working together after?
Yes, on a monthly plan for fixes, tests and new features. We'll scope it together when this project ends.
