Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. I explain everything in plain language, and I’ll guide you through the remote connection step by step. Most of my clients aren’t tech people.
How does the remote access work?
After you order, I’ll send you a link to a trusted remote tool (like AnyDesk or Quick Assist). You approve the connection, watch everything I do, and can end the session at any time. I never need your passwords.
How fast will you respond and finish?
I usually reply within an hour, and most issues are fixed the same day. More complex problems can take longer, and I’ll tell you upfront if that’s the case.
What if the problem comes back after you fix it?
Message me and I’ll look into it again. Follow-ups and revisions depend on your package, so check the package details or ask me before ordering.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I only access what’s needed to fix your issue, I don’t copy or keep your files, and the session happens on your screen so you can see everything. For sensitive work, I’m happy to agree on what’s off-limits before we start.
