Will the AI chatbot hallucinate or make up facts?
I use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. This forces the AI to answer only based on the data you provide (PDFs, SQL, Website data). If the answer isn't in your data, the bot is programmed to say "I don't know" rather than lie.
What is the difference between a standard Chatbot and an "Agent"?
A standard chatbot just talks. An AI Agent (which I specialize in, backed by IBM certification) takes action. It can book appointments, scrape the web, update your CRM, or send emails autonomously.
Is my company data secure?
Absolutely. I build systems where you retain full ownership of the data. We can use local LLMs (like Llama 3) for 100% privacy, or secure OpenAI Enterprise APIs. Your data is never used to train public models.
Do you provide hosting, or do I need my own server?
