Premium: Standard plus repeatable refresh from the same export formats, validation checks and a 60-minute handover.
We use one agreed tool: Excel, Power BI or Tableau. AI commentary uses checked figures and requires human review. Software subscriptions are separate. New connections to live systems require a custom scope.

What should I send before ordering?
Share your business questions, preferred reporting tool and anonymised Excel or CSV samples. Include any existing report and definitions of your current measures. Where files need combining, they should contain shared identifiers such as customer or order IDs.
Which reporting tools do you use?
We agree one tool before starting: Excel, Power BI or Tableau. I recommend a format your team can use and maintain. Any required software licences, AI subscriptions or usage charges are paid separately by you.
What does the AI element include?
Standard and Premium include a tested, reusable template for drafting commentary from checked KPI figures, plus an executive summary I review. Your team reviews future AI drafts before use. Automatic AI generation requires a separate scope.
What does Premium automate?
Premium adds repeatable report refresh from replacement exports with the agreed layout, plus validation checks. We agree where and how the refresh runs before starting. New connections to live systems or changes to source layouts require separate scoping.
Can you fix missing or incorrect data?
I apply agreed corrections where the supplied data supports them. Missing information or conflicting records that cannot be verified are flagged for your team to resolve. The delivery explains what changed and which issues remain.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the agreed deliverable using the agreed data and requirements. Basic and Standard include one round; Premium includes two. Additional data sources, KPIs, report pages or workflows are quoted separately.
Will you show my team how to use the report?
Yes. Standard includes a 30-minute handover; Premium includes a 60-minute handover instead. We cover using the report, preparing the next update and reviewing AI commentary. Additional training and ongoing support can be arranged through Fiverr.
Can you sign an NDA and work with confidential data?
Yes, an NDA can be agreed before confidential materials are shared. Please send anonymised samples initially. We agree which AI tools and inputs may be used before processing your data.
