In this role, I will pull and organize data from your marketing platforms, build simple reports and dashboards, and give clear insights on what's working, what's not, and where you can improve.

1. Compile & Organize Marketing Data from key platforms and maintain organized spreadsheets and reports:
- Click Funnels: Leads, opt-in rates, sales, upsells, conversion rates, cart value, etc.
- Facebook Ads: CTR, CPC, cost per lead/trial/purchase tracked and visualized over time.
- Infusionsoft / Email: Open rates, click rates, and overall funnel performance for automated mails.
2. Track Core KPIs Across the Business
- Maintain and monitor key metrics like customer LTV, membership retention, and average subscription duration.
- Support A/B tests by tracking and comparing results to help the team make data-backed decisions.
3. Analyze & Report
- Build clear dashboards/charts in Google Sheets, excel to make performance data easy to digest.
- Proactively flag what's performing well or poorly, and suggest what's worth digging into further.
