What format does my data need to be in for you to start?
Any common format works Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, SQL databases or SharePoint. As a data analyst, part of my job is cleaning and structuring your data before the dashboard is built. So even if your data is messy or scattered across multiple files, send it over. I'll handle the data modeling side.
Do I need to have Power BI installed to use the dashboard?
No. I'll deliver your Power BI file in .pbix format, which you can open with the free Power BI Desktop app. If you don't want to install anything, I can also export the finished data visualization report as a PDF so you can view and share it without any software.
What is data modeling and why does it matter for my dashboard?
Data modeling is the process of structuring and connecting your raw data so that calculations and visuals are accurate. Without it, your Power BI dashboard can show wrong numbers or break when you filter it. Think of it as the foundation the visuals are only as reliable as the model underneath.
Can you connect multiple data sources in one dashboard?
Yes. As a Power BI expert, I can connect and merge data from multiple sources for example, combining your sales data from Excel with your marketing data from Google Sheets into one unified Power BI dashboard. The Basic package supports one source, the Standard supports two and the Premium package.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Every package includes revisions 1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, and 3 for Premium. I also ask detailed questions before I start so we're aligned from day one. If something doesn't match what we agreed on, I'll fix it within the revision count at no extra charge. My goal as a Power BI expert.
How long does it take to build a Power BI dashboard?
Delivery time depends on the complexity of your data and how many visuals are needed. The Basic package delivers in 2 days, Standard in 4 days, and Premium in 6 days. These timelines start once you've shared your dataset and we've agreed on what the Power BI dashboard should include.
Can you redesign or fix an existing Power BI report?
Yes. If you already have a Power BI file that isn't working correctly, looks outdated or has messy data modeling, I can audit it and fix the issues. This includes broken DAX measures, slow performance, poor data visualization layout, or disconnected data sources. Share your .pbix file and describe.
Do you offer ongoing support after the dashboard is delivered?
Yes. After delivery, I offer a 3-day support window for any questions about how to use your Power BI dashboard. For clients who need ongoing updates like refreshing data, adding new visuals, or expanding the data model I offer a maintenance package you can order separately.
