What if my printer is printing fuzzy, faint, or cut-off labels?
That is almost always a DPI mismatch (e.g., sending a 203 DPI raster to a 300 DPI printhead), incorrect darkness/burn temperature settings in the ZPL header (~SD command), or misconfigured label media sensors. We diagnose the exact command sequence and provide a corrected file.
Do you provide editable template files?
Yes. You will receive clean, commented raw code (ZPL/TSPL) and/or universal vector PDFs. You can open and edit them in any standard text editor or label design software without recurring proprietary software fees.
