Which Odoo versions and editions do you work with?
I work with recent Odoo versions, Community and Enterprise, self-hosted or Odoo.sh. Please tell me your version and edition before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility with your setup before we start.
Can you integrate SMS, phone systems or email marketing tools?
Yes, if the tool has an API. I connect SMS gateways, VoIP and phone systems, email marketing platforms and other apps to Odoo through webhooks and Odoo's API, so contacts, messages and activities sync automatically.
Will my customizations survive Odoo upgrades?
I build changes in separate custom modules and inherit standard views and models instead of editing Odoo's core code. That keeps your system clean and makes future upgrades much easier.
Do you need access to my live Odoo system?
I prefer a staging copy or a database backup to build and test safely. Once you approve, we deploy to your live system together. On Odoo.sh, a staging branch works perfectly.
