What do you need before starting?
Please send a sample file or column list, the KPIs you need, your preferred report language, and expected output. I will review the structure and confirm the suitable package before you order.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is for a quick executive snapshot. Standard is ideal for finance teams needing separate revenue and expense analysis. Premium offers the best value for complete profitability, budget variance, detailed records, and drill-through.
What columns should my data include?
For Excel or CSV data, include Date, Amount, and a revenue/expense or account type field. Useful breakdowns need Transaction ID, Entity, Product/Service, and Account/Category. Budget analysis needs Period, Budget Amount, and a matching Account/Category. Equivalent column names are accepted.
Can you work with messy or unstructured data?
Minor preparation within the agreed structure is included. Missing fields, inconsistent layouts, major cleanup, or data restructuring must be reviewed and may require a custom offer.
Can you connect SQL, APIs, or multiple data sources?
Yes, after reviewing the technical requirements. SQL, APIs, and multiple unrelated sources are not included in the listed packages and require a custom offer.
Can I receive the report in German?
Yes. Your choice of English or German is included at no extra cost. If you need both language versions, select the English and German Gig Extra.
What files will I receive?
You will receive the configured Power BI deliverable plus a setup and refresh guide. The PBIT or PBIX format will be confirmed before ordering based on the agreed workflow.
Can I refresh the dashboard with new data?
Yes, when new files keep the agreed columns and structure. Changes to source names, columns, data types, or model design may require additional work.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers corrections or adjustments within the originally agreed scope. New pages, KPIs, data sources, redesigns, or changed requirements are additional work.
Do I need a paid Power BI license?
No paid license is needed for local use in Power BI Desktop. Publishing, sharing, or collaboration in the Power BI service may require an appropriate Microsoft license.
