Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
For Configuration and Advanced Solution projects, yes. Please contact me first so I can review your requirements, confirm the scope, and make sure the package fits your needs. Clearly defined Quick Fix requests can be ordered directly.
What Salesforce services do you provide?
I provide Salesforce administration, configuration, troubleshooting, Flow automation, permissions and security configuration, reports and dashboards, approval processes, data quality support, and business process improvements.
Can you troubleshoot an existing Salesforce Flow or configuration?
Yes. I can investigate existing Salesforce configuration and declarative automation, identify the source of an issue, and recommend or implement an appropriate solution.
Do you provide custom Salesforce development?
My services focus primarily on Salesforce administration and declarative solutions, including Flow and standard platform configuration. Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other custom development are not included unless specifically agreed upon before ordering.
Can you work in a Salesforce sandbox?
Yes. I can work in a sandbox or other appropriate Salesforce environment when available. For production changes, scope, access, testing, and deployment expectations should be agreed upon before work begins.
