I'm Dat, a full-stack developer from Vietnam and the founder of Realitech. Do I need an n8n subscription?
n8n Cloud starts around $20/month, or I can self-host it on your VPS for free (server cost only). I will recommend the cheapest option for your volume.
Which AI models do you use, and who pays for the API?
OpenAI, Claude or Gemini depending on the task. You create the API key so you keep control and pay the provider directly. Typical usage for a small business is a few dollars per month.
Can you connect to my existing Odoo, HubSpot or Zoho?
Yes. I need an API key or an integration user with limited rights. I test on a sandbox or staging copy first whenever one is available, then switch to production with your approval.
What happens if a workflow breaks later?
Every workflow ships with error handling and alerts, so you know immediately. Premium includes 14 days of support. After that I offer a monthly retainer for monitoring, fixes and new automations.
