FAQ
Do I need SendPulse API or domain access?
Yes! For domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) to boost email deliverability, DNS access is required. For WhatsApp & Instagram chatbots, access to your SendPulse account or Meta Business Manager is needed to integrate API workflows
Can you connect SendPulse with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Absolutely! I seamlessly sync SendPulse CRM, email funnels, and chatbots with external platforms, CRMs, or e-commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress) using webhooks, Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to automate your whole workflow.
Will you write the email copy and chatbot flows?
Yes! Premium packages and add-ons include persuasive copywriting for your SendPulse email templates and interactive WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram chatbot conversation scripts designed to convert leads into customers.
Can you build custom WhatsApp and Instagram, Facebook or Telegram chatbots?
Yes! I specialize in building visual, no-code chatbot flows for WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, and Telegram or Facebook Messenger. I configure custom keywords, interactive buttons, and automated triggers to convert traffic 24/7.
How does Instagram comment-to-DM automation work?
I set up SendPulse automation so that whenever someone comments a specific keyword on your Instagram post or reel, they instantly receive an automated direct message (DM) to capture leads or send links.
Do you accept custom offers for unique automation needs?
Absolutely! If your project requires specific multi-channel workflows, advanced webhooks, or unique integrations, message me anytime with your exact requirements for a tailored custom offer. (193 chars)
