What access do you need to clean my website?
I usually need access to your hosting control panel or SFTP, along with WordPress administrator access. If you cannot log in to WordPress, I can start through your hosting account.
Can my website get infected again after cleanup?
Cleanup removes the detected malware, but outdated plugins, vulnerable themes, or compromised passwords can lead to reinfection. I will provide security recommendations after the cleanup. Fixing vulnerabilities and setting up additional protection can be discussed separately.
