Does my multi-member LLC need Form 1065 if it had no income or made a loss?
No profit does not automatically remove a filing requirement. Classification, income, and deductible expenditures matter. Send your ownership details, tax year, and activity summary so we can establish scope before you order.
Can you prepare my partnership return if my bookkeeping is incomplete or unreconciled?
Please message me first. These packages require reconciled books. I will identify missing records and confirm whether separate cleanup is needed before tax preparation begins. Cleanup is not included in the listed package price.
Does the package include IRS e-filing, state returns, and the partners' personal tax returns?
No. Listed packages cover federal document preparation only. E-filing, state returns, and partner-level returns are not included. Any additional service must be confirmed in writing and offered only where properly authorized.
Can you handle foreign partners, Schedule K3, or special profit-sharing arrangements?
These are outside the standard packages. Foreign ownership, international schedules, and special allocations need additional screening. Send a brief summary first; I will confirm whether I can accept the work and provide a separate scope.
