Yes. Desktop testing is included in all packages. Mobile testing is included in Standard and Premium, or available as an extra.
Do you retest after you fix the issues?
I can retest updated pages if you order an additional revision or a custom extra. Basic revisions cover clarifications only.
Do you test e-commerce websites?
Yes. I can test product pages, carts, forms, and checkout flows. Just provide instructions if a full checkout cannot be completed.
What does the screen recording include?
It includes my live reactions, usability insights, and any issues I notice while navigating your site.
Can you review a specific user flow?
Yes. You can choose the “Full user flow test” extra or message me with your custom flow.
How long is your report?
