When do I need Commercial Rights?

When do I need Broadcast Rights?
If you will be using the recording in anything for broadcast TV, Radio or any internet streaming, (i.e. Pandora, or other services).
What should I include to help you pronounce the script properly?
Make sure you include pronunciations with your script. If there are abbreviations, please specify pronunciation. Include acronym pronunciation too... Tell me the style you want the performance to be (i.e. fast, slow, authoritative, casual, serious, fun, corporate, etc.) and place your order.
