I'm a Shopify Partner, Square Partner and ecommerce consultant with 15+ years of experience helping businesses improve their websites, online stores and digital systems.
In this live consultation, we can review your Shopify or Square Online setup, discuss the problems you're facing, and identify practical next steps based on your goals.
We can look at your ecommerce website, Shopify store setup, Square Online ordering, product organization, customer experience, integrations, workflows, automation, or overall ecommerce strategy.
This is not an automated website audit or generic checklist. You'll be working directly with an experienced business owner and digital consultant who understands both the technology and the realities of running a business.
Packages are based on consulting time, so we can focus our session wherever it will provide the most value.
After our consultation, Ill provide follow-up notes and recommendations based on what we discussed.

What can we cover during the consultation?
We can focus on whatever is most valuable to you, including Shopify or Square Online setup, site structure, ecommerce strategy, product organization, online ordering, integrations, workflows, customer experience and automation.
How does the consultation work?
We’ll meet by live video at a mutually convenient time within the delivery window. The session is collaborative and tailored to your business rather than based on a generic checklist.
Do I need to give you access to my store?
Not necessarily. For many consultations, screen sharing is enough. If deeper account access would be useful, we can discuss that after the order begins.
Will I receive anything after the call?
Yes. I’ll send follow-up notes and practical recommendations based on what we discussed.
Can you also implement the recommendations?
Yes. I also take on larger Shopify and Square Online projects, so if you need hands-on implementation after the consultation, I can provide a separate custom offer.
What if I’m not sure how much consultation time I need?
Send me a message with a short overview of your situation and I can recommend whether 1, 2 or 4 hours is the better fit.
