Can you make my strategy profitable through optimization?
Optimization improves consistency and reduces weaknesses in your existing rules it cannot create profitability that is not there, and I will tell you honestly if a strategy doesn't hold up
What's the difference between a backtest and a walk forward test?
A backtest checks performance on past data. A walk forward test checks performance on data the strategy wasn't optimized on it's a much more realistic check, and I explain the results in plain language.
Can you convert between any two platforms?
Most conversions between NinjaTrader, MT4/MT5, and TradingView are possible some platform specific features can't be perfectly replicated, and I will flag those upfront.
Do I need to provide historical price data?
Usually not I can pull standard historical data for most instruments, but if you need a specific data source, let me know.
