What information do you need to start an order?
To start your order, please provide your design concept or reference picture, the type of clothing you need, your fabric preference, colors and sizes, your logo/artwork files, the quantity required, and any special details such as printing, embroidery, tags, or packaging.
Which sort of Fabric Do you have?
We offer a wide range of fabrics including polo, 100% cotton, cotton blends, jersey, organic cotton, polyester, rayon, and polyester sublimation.
I have some ideas/images or sketches. Can you help me with a tech pack?
Yes, absolutely! I can create a complete tech pack for you. I just need a picture reference or sketch, along with the colors and measurements, so I can clearly understand your design and prepare accurate production details.
What software do you use for design?
I use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CorelDRAW to create professional designs and complete tech packs.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! All Premium package samples are shipped globally
How long does it take for mockups, samples, bulk production, and delivery?
The mockup and tech pack design usually takes 3–5 days. Sample production typically requires 7–10 days, while bulk order production takes around 18–25 days. Shipping usually takes 7–9 days, depending on your location.
