What information do I need to provide for my SBA loan business plan?
Your business idea or current operations, loan amount, how you'll use the funds, startup or operating costs, and any financial records you have. After you order, I'll send a simple questionnaire so nothing important is missed.
Will my business plan meet SBA and bank lender requirements?
Yes. Your plan follows the structure SBA and bank lenders expect, including use of funds, financial projections, cash flow, break-even and debt service coverage (DSCR) analysis. Loan approval also depends on your credit and finances, which no writer can guarantee.
Do you provide editable financial projections?
Yes. The Premium package includes a 5-year editable Excel financial model with P&L, cash flow and balance sheet. For the Standard package, you can add the Excel model as a gig extra.
I only have a business idea. Can you still write my loan business plan?
Yes. I'll research your market, competitors and costs, and build your plan from the ground up. I may need an extra day or two for research at no extra cost.
Can you write business plans for bank loans and microloans, not just SBA?
