I will clean up your messy excel data
About this Gig
Messy spreadsheets slow everyone down. I clean, correct, and standardise Excel data so it's consistent, accurate, and ready to use no more duplicate entries, broken formulas, or inconsistent formatting getting in the way of your analysis.
What I deliver:
. Duplicate removal and error correction
. Consistent formatting across all data
. Broken formulas fixed, structure organised for analysis (Standard/Premium)
. Full restructure with documentation of changes made (Premium)
With over 25 years in data analysis and reporting, I focus on getting your data properly usable not just tidied up on the surface.
Before you order, please message me with:
. Your file, or a sample of it, so I can confirm scope and row count
. What you're trying to do with the data afterward (analysis, reporting, import into another system) this helps me clean it in the right way for your end use
. The file format it's currently in
Happy to answer questions before you commit better we confirm scope upfront than guess.

FAQ
Q: What counts as an "item" for pricing purposes?
A: Each row of data in your spreadsheet. If you're not sure how many rows you have, just send the file and I'll confirm which package fits.
Q: Will you change my formulas or just the data?
A: Basic focuses on the raw data itself — duplicates, errors, formatting. Standard and Premium also fix broken formulas and improve structure so the file works properly, not just looks tidy.
Q: My data has sensitive/confidential information — is that a problem?
A: Not at all. I only use your file to complete the order and don't share or reuse it. If you're not able to send real data, a sample or anonymised version works too — just flag it in your message first.
Q: What if my file is bigger than the Premium package covers?
A: Message me first — I can quote a custom price for larger files rather than you needing to guess.
Q: Do you work with CSV files, or only Excel?
Q: Will the cleaned file still look like a normal spreadsheet, or something unfamiliar? A: You'll get back a standard Excel file, just properly cleaned, consistent, and ready to use — no unfamiliar tools or formats to learn.
