What information do you need from me to get started?
I will need access to your source code (via GitHub, Bitbucket, or a ZIP file). If your bug involves backend syncing, auth, or APIs, I will also need temporary access to your database (e.g., Firebase) or API documentation.
What happens if you cannot fix the bug?
If I dive into your source code and discover the bug requires a complete architectural rebuild rather than a standard fix, I will inform you immediately and offer a mutual cancellation. You will not pay for an issue I cannot resolve.
Can you guarantee Apple or Google will approve my app after you fix it?
I guarantee that I will fix the specific technical errors or policy violations listed in your current rejection notice. However, Apple and Google review teams make the final decisions, and they occasionally flag new, separate issues during subsequent reviews.
