Hi, I'm a chef with a French culinary degree and 12 years in the kitchen. Of those, 7 years are in fast food, so I know how to work fast, stay consistent, and handle high volume, on top of the more refined French technique I trained in. I also speak English, French, Serbian, Bulgarian, Macedonian fluently and Italian conversational.

Translating and localizing menus, cookbooks or food content between English, French, Serbian, Bulgarian and Macedonian.

Advising on kitchen systems, using what I learned from both fine dining technique and fast food operations.

Lot of translators don't cook and a lot of recipe writers only work in one language. I can do both at once, so the result actually makes sense to whoever's reading or cooking it and not just technically correct but natural.

I can work with cookbook authors, restaurants expanding into new markets etc.
