Yes. Apple Developer Program is $99 per year and Google Play Console is $25 one time. You own both accounts and invite me with limited access, which I remove at handover.
Why replace Stripe inside the app?
Yes. Web visitors can keep paying through Stripe while app users buy through the stores. In Premium I sync paid status to your Base44 app so both unlock the same account, scope confirmed first.

My app was already rejected. Can you fix it?
Send me the review message before ordering and I will tell you if it is fixable. Premium includes up to 2 rounds of fixes and resubmission, and Standard buyers can add a resubmission as an extra.
What is Google's 12 tester rule?
New personal Play Console accounts need a closed test with 12 testers for 14 days before going live. Organization accounts are exempt.
How long does it take?
Delivery days count until your build is uploaded to the stores. Apple and Google review time comes after that and is outside my control. It is often a few days.
