What Salesforce tasks can you handle?
User and permission management, custom fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards, validation rules, workflow rules, basic Flow automation, data import, and general org cleanup. If your task is not listed, message me first.
How do you access my org?
I work in a sandbox or developer org when possible. If production access is required, you create a temporary user account with the minimum permissions needed. I do not ask for your personal login credentials. Ever.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear description of the task or problem Your Salesforce edition and current setup context Admin access or a user account with appropriate permissions Any existing configurations you want me to reference or replicate
What if my request is larger than the package scope?
I will send a custom offer before starting work. No surprises. If scope grows during the project, I pause and confirm the new scope and price. I do not absorb extra work silently.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. I do not download, store, or share your data outside the Salesforce environment. I treat all org information as confidential. If data import is required, I work with files you provide and delete local copies after completion.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
Message me before leaving a review. Most issues are fixable quickly. If the deliverable genuinely misses what we agreed on, I revise it. If I cannot meet your need, I will say so and we can cancel the order. I do not hold buyers hostage to bad fits.
