FAQ
Will I lose my Google rankings after migrating?
Standard and Premium include 301 redirects from your old product, category and page URLs to the new Shopify ones, so visitors and Google land on the right pages. This protects your SEO during the move.
Will my old store go offline during the migration?
No. Your current store keeps running and selling while I build the Shopify version. You switch your domain only after you have checked and approved everything.
Can customer passwords be migrated?
No platform allows that, because passwords are encrypted. I move all customer accounts and details, and Shopify can send customers an invite to set a new password on the new store.
What do you need from me to start?
Your old store link, admin or staff access to your old store (or a product export), and staff access to your Shopify store. If you don't have a Shopify store yet, I'll guide you through creating one in a few minutes.
