FAQ
What are usage rights and why are they required?
Usage rights ensure actors are paid appropriately and prevent conflicts of interest. The cost is based on the exposure and expected return on investment for the end client. Usage rights are priced based on duration, reach, and medium for every recording.
When should I purchase commercial or broadcast rights?
Commercial rights are required for everything outside strictly personal use. Broadcast rights are required for any paid advertising channels (Social ad, radio or TV spot, etc.).
What is your revision policy?
I will include one round of minor revisions with every order. Anything larger than 20% of the script may be subject to an additional charge, up to half the original cost. Any mistakes I make will be, of course, promptly fixed free of charge.
What is video sync?
I will time my read of your script to your video. This extra does not include actually editing my read into your video. You will receive back an MP3 or WAV file of my read timed to the video. The file will be ready to plug and play with your video!
What don't I do?
I will not record sexual, political, or gratuitously profane content. If this is a concern, please reach out to me directly and I'd be happy to answer any questions.
Do you use AI?
Never. All of my work is recorded by me in my booth. Studies have repeatedly shown an AI recording lowers retention and engagement. I love acting and partnering to create something we can be proud of. All of my projects have been and will always be 100% human.
Can I Clone Your Voice With AI?
Under no circumstances are you allowed to clone or otherwise use my voice in conjunction with AI software. Use for training, cloning, duplication, Text-To-Speech, or any other method not yet devised is strictly prohibited.
