What information do you need to start?
Send your lot dimensions, survey or plat if available, and address. If you don't have a survey, rough measurements and a site photo work too.
Do you produce permit-ready site plans?
Yes — Standard and Premium include the detail most local permit offices require. I'd still recommend checking your jurisdiction's exact checklist.
What file formats do I receive?
A PDF for review and submission, plus the source DWG file so you or your contractor can make future edits.
Can you work from a survey I already have?
