99% of our communications are done over email. It means our whole team can be across the ball and it also means we aren’t bombarding you with calls when you on the tools. So we’d really rather not have to schedule calls to get information from you.
Can I customize the design of my website, and how do I do it?
In this package, designs start as a blank canvas, with no templates, just quality custom web design. We will send you an inspirational idea list and mood board just to figure out how you would like your new page to look. You will also get a Premium WordPress licensed theme with a Lifetime license.
Will my website look good on mobile?
100% Yes! Did you know that Google now prioritizes mobile-friendly sites? Businesses that make their sites fully responsive tend to rank better.
Are the domain and hosting included in the price?
No matter what package you choose, we believe there are just some things that come with any website design, these are the standard inclusions. We don’t do hidden extras. Every package includes Free Domain and Hosting for the 1st year. After that, the price is $55 per year.
What materials are necessary for my website? PART 1
During the “Materials” phase, you can tell us about your project and describe your needs. You’ll also need to prepare and send us materials, including text and images, to be used on your website. In your client pack you’ll find a questionnaire that you’ll need to complete..
What materials are necessary for my website? PART 2
We will need your design brief, how many pages you want to design, if you have a feature list to work on, and wireframes that you have already built or if your project manager has a list of design requests. We will also need original brand assets and any other stock images that you have used.
How long does it take for my website to be launched?
The timeline for launching your website can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the time it takes for requested changes and your approval of the new design. Studio Bupo will work closely with you to ensure a smooth and timely launch.
