What files do I need to send if I already have a 3D model?
Native CAD assembly files (.STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, .OBJ, or .FBX) work best. Please ensure the geometry is final and clean before sending so we can jump straight into materials and lighting.
What if I don't have a 3D model of my product?
No problem! I can build a photorealistic 3D model from scratch based on reference images and technical specifications. Please message me before ordering so I can evaluate the complexity and give you a custom quote.
What type of support I have during the working process?
