FAQ
Do you only work with Figma or can you use Canva/PSD too?
Figma is preferred, but I can also work with Canva or PSD files. Just share the file or link with view access.
Will the template be fully editable inside Klaviyo after delivery?
Yes. You will be able to edit text, images, links, and colors directly inside Klaviyo after I deliver it.
Do you make the design from scratch or only convert existing designs?
This gig is for converting your existing Figma (or Canva/PSD) design into Klaviyo. If you need design from scratch, message me first.
How many templates can you convert?
Basic = 1 template, Standard = 2 templates, Premium = 3 templates. Need more? Just message me.
Will the email look the same on mobile and desktop?
Yes. I build every template to be fully responsive and test it so it displays correctly on both mobile and desktop.
Do you also set up the campaign or flow after creating the template?
This gig focuses on building the template. If you also want me to place it inside a campaign or flow, message me so we can add that.
What do you need to start?
Figma link (view access), your brand colors/fonts if not already in the design, and Klaviyo access so I can place the finished template in your account.
