Do I need to provide my CRM login or API key?
You don't need to share logins. Most CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL, Airtable) connect through a webhook URL, which is much safer to share than full account access. If your CRM needs an API key, I'll only ask for the minimum permission level required.
Will this work with my existing Webflow form, or do you need to rebuild it?
I work with your existing form. No rebuild needed unless your form is missing fields the routing logic depends on, in which case I'll flag that before starting, not after.
What's the difference between this and a Zapier or Make automation?
Logic runs natively inside Webflow, so there's no third party subscription, no external dashboard to manage, and one less thing that can break if another platform changes its API. Zapier/Make are still better for very complex multi-app chains, but most lead routing doesn't need that.
Can you set up routing based on form answers, like budget or location?
Yes, that's exactly what the Standard and Premium packages are built for. Conditional branching by any field value (dropdown, checkbox, text match) is included.
Do you need access to my Webflow account?
Yes, Editor or Designer access to the specific site so I can build and test the flow directly. I don't need ownership transfer or billing access.
How many CRMs or destinations can one flow send to?
A single flow can send to multiple destinations in parallel (for example CRM plus Slack plus email). This is included starting at Standard. Basic covers one destination only.
What if my form needs to trigger something outside Webflow, like updating a Google Sheet?
That's possible using the HTTP request or incoming webhook blocks, included in Standard and Premium. Let me know the exact destination before ordering so I can confirm it's compatible.
