I will fix broken zapier zaps, troubleshoot zap errors and repair workflow automation

About this gig
Is your Zapier automation failing, skipping steps or creating duplicate records? I troubleshoot broken Zaps and fix a defined Zapier workflow error so your automation can process the right data again.
WHAT I CAN REPAIR
Failed Zap triggers or actions
Incorrect field mappings and filters
App connection and authentication settings
Repeated actions or missing records
Basic webhook and task-history errors
WHAT YOU GET
Diagnosis of the agreed Zap issue
Repair within your chosen package
Tests using approved sample data
A brief summary of what changed
HOW IT WORKS
Send your Zap task history, a screenshot of the failed step and the expected result. I identify the cause, fix the affected step and confirm the behavior with a test run.
This service repairs an existing Zap, not an entire automation system. Zapier plan limits, paid app access and third-party fees remain with the buyer.
Message me with your error screenshot to confirm the right package.

FAQ
Can you fix an existing Zapier Zap that fails on its trigger, action, filter or field mapping instead of building a new automation?
Yes. This Zapier troubleshooting gig focuses on a broken Zap you already use. Basic fixes one reproducible issue affecting up to two steps; Standard handles up to three related errors; Premium includes up to five across two existing Zaps. I test the agreed result before handover.
What qualifies as one Zapier automation error, and how many failed Zap steps or workflow issues are included in each package?
A single error is one identifiable failed trigger, action, filter or mapping with a clear expected result. Basic covers one issue, while higher tiers cover more related faults under their stated step limits. Separate workflows and unrelated feature requests require a new scope.
Do I need to provide my Zapier password or private app credentials when you troubleshoot failed Zap runs and Task History errors?
No. You can share a redacted Zapier Task History screenshot, failing-step details and approved sample data. If access is required, use Zapier's authorized collaborator options. The account owner should reconnect external apps; never send passwords or API secrets in messages.
Can you repair a Zapier app connection that stopped working because the app permissions changed or the connected account expired?
I can inspect the relevant Zap step, connection configuration and error message and identify whether a revoked token or missing permission is likely. You must reauthorize your own app account. Unsupported app actions, vendor outages and changes to the provider API are not guaranteed fixes.
Can you troubleshoot duplicate Zapier tasks, repeated triggers or multiple CRM records created by a broken automation?
Yes, if the duplication is caused by the specified Zap and the behavior is reproducible. I check available trigger records, task history and mapping or filter conditions. Historical duplicate cleanup, advanced deduplication across apps and new database logic need separate scoping.
Does the Basic Zapier fix package include building a new multi-step Zap or connecting additional apps after you repair the error?
No. Basic is a low-risk repair of one fault in an existing Zap, with a test and a short explanation. Creating a new Zap, adding previously absent integrations or redesigning an entire workflow is different work. Higher tiers add related repairs, not unlimited development.
Are Zapier premium app subscriptions, paid task usage and external CRM or email platform charges included in your repair price?
No. My fee covers the agreed Zapier error diagnosis, repair and tests. You maintain your own Zapier plan, app subscriptions, task volume and any API or messaging charges. If the broken automation relies on a premium step, the required plan remains the buyer's responsibility.
What happens if Zapier or a connected third-party app changes the available trigger, action or API permissions during troubleshooting?
I review the current supported action and provider error, then explain whether the intended step is feasible. I cannot bypass vendor restrictions or unlock paid features. If the fix requires an entirely different integration or significant rebuild, I will identify that as a separate project.
What does a Zapier workflow repair revision cover if a previously fixed Zap step fails again or the field mapping needs adjustment?
Revisions are limited to the original reported issue, agreed mapped fields and success criteria within the chosen package. I use sample tests to demonstrate the repair. New triggers, unrelated failures, subscription outages and future app changes do not count as included revisions.
