FAQ
Which file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, 3MF, PLY, FBX, and most common mesh formats. If yours isn’t listed, message me before ordering and I’ll confirm I can open it.
Can you fix every broken model?
Most models are repairable. Severely corrupted files may only be partly fixable. Send me your file before ordering and I’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit.
What problems can you repair?
Holes, non-manifold edges, flipped normals, self-intersections, duplicate faces, floating fragments, and thin walls that fail printing.
Will the repair change my design?
No. I fix only the errors and keep your shape, scale, and details intact. If a fix needs a small design change, I’ll ask first.
Will my model be print-ready?
Yes. I check that it’s watertight and sliceable. Premium also includes a wall thickness check and a print-readiness report.
Can you repair scanned models?
Yes. Scans often have noise, holes, and rough surfaces. I clean and smooth them while keeping fine detail.
Can you split or hollow a model for printing?
Yes. I can split large models into parts with alignment keys, or hollow them to save resin or filament. Ask for the Premium package or an extra.
What do I need to send to get started?
Your file, the format you want back, and what it’s for (printing, CAD, games, or AR). Add the printer type if it’s for 3D printing.
