I will film an exercise video for you

I'm offering personalized exercise video demonstrations...let's say you want a video on squatting...I will shoot the video and edit it (if necessary)..Detailed explanations will be included, including how to avoid injury, stretches to be done for proper biomechanics, and how to progress.

From here, follow up videos can ensue, depending on your rate of progression. Also, If you have certain contraindications (low back pain, knee pain, etc...instructions on what to do will be included.

Ideally, a good follow up and feedback from you will enable me to create the best video product for you for consistent, long term results.
