Do I need a Shopify account before we start?
No. If you do not have one, I will walk you through the signup. The Shopify subscription is paid by you directly to Shopify and is not included in the gig price. Shopify usually offers a trial and a discounted first month, so your upfront cost stays low while I build.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store, or only build new ones?
Both. A Shopify redesign is often the faster win. If you get traffic but no sales, the problem is rarely the theme, it is the structure. I rebuild the homepage flow, product pages and checkout path. Send me your store URL and I will tell you what is costing you sales.
What do you need from me to get started?
Shopify staff access, your logo and brand colours if you have them, your product list or niche, and one or two stores you like the look of. If you have no branding yet, I can handle that as an extra. That is all, I take it from there.
Do you build dropshipping and print on demand stores?
Yes. Shopify dropshipping store, one product Shopify store, and print on demand setups. I research and import winning products, connect the supplier app, and set up automated fulfilment. Product count depends on your package: 5, 25 or 50.
Is the theme included in the price?
I customize a Shopify theme to match your brand. Basic uses a free Shopify theme built to look fully custom, which is what many high revenue stores actually run. If you want a specific paid theme, you buy the licence.
Can you migrate my store from WooCommerce, Wix or Etsy to Shopify?
Yes. I have 8 years in WordPress and WooCommerce, so I know both sides of the move. Products, collections, customers and URL redirects all carry across so you do not lose your Google rankings. Message me before ordering and I will quote the migration.
Can you set up payment gateways for my country?
Depends on the country. Shopify Payments is not available everywhere. I set up whatever works for you: Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout, Paddle or a local gateway. Tell me your country before you order and I will confirm your options in my first reply.
Will my store rank on Google and start making sales?
I will not promise you sales, and be careful with anyone who does. What I will build is a store where traffic converts instead of bouncing: fast load, clean product pages, and no friction at checkout. It ships SEO ready. Traffic and ads are the next step, and I am happy to advise
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Free bug fixes for 14 days on every package. If something I built breaks or an app conflicts, message me and I fix it. New changes or ongoing edits after delivery are available as an extra or a monthly retainer.
