No. The Gig price covers the development and setup of the automation. The variable costs (API usage credits for OpenAI, Meta/WhatsApp, or Twilio) are paid directly by you to the providers. I will help you set up these accounts and optimize the prompts to keep costs low.
Is my data safe? Do you store it?
Security is my priority. I build the system using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS). You own your data. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, I follow strict security protocols to ensure your client's information (especially for Clinics and Law Firms) remains private and encrypted.
Do I need a server to run n8n?
Yes. Since n8n is a powerful workflow engine, it needs to run 24/7. I can set it up on your own Cloud VPS (like DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or Railway) so you have full control, or I can host it for you for a monthly maintenance fee. We can decide this during the consultation.
What happens if the automation stops working?
All my packages include a 14-day Hypercare period after delivery. If any bug related to my code appears, I fix it for free. For long-term peace of mind, I offer a monthly "Maintenance Subscription" to keep servers updated and APIs connected.
Can you integrate with my specific CRM or Software?
