About this gig

Most SaaS products fail before the first line of code, because nobody wrote down what the MVP actually is.

I have been scoping and building SaaS products since 2019: marketplaces, fintech platforms, internal tools and subscription products, from first sketch to production.

WHAT I DO

Turn your idea into a technical specification developers can quote from and build from, with the first release scoped separately from everything you want later.

TYPICAL SCOPE

Feature list and user stories per role, MVP versus phase two, tech stack recommendation, database schema, API endpoint list, architecture diagram, multi tenancy model, subscription and billing structure, third party integrations, infrastructure and monthly cost estimate, security and GDPR checklist.

WHAT YOU GET

A PDF plus an editable Google Doc, diagrams as images, a realistic timeline, a budget range per milestone, and a document you can hand to any agency or freelancer for an accurate quote.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. You describe your idea, users and budget range
  2. I ask the questions that fill the gaps
  3. Draft spec and architecture for your review
  4. Final version, revisions, handover call

👋 I'm Mike, CEO and Founder of LeaSoft, a full stack team specializing in SaaS development and AI-accelerated builds. I've solved what keeps founders up at night: billing logic that breaks, user roles that don't scale, MVPs that never ship. My team builds subscription billing, authentication, and admin dashboards that hold up once real users show up, and we've cut development timelines by 24% without cutting corners. When you work with me, you get someone who treats your product like it's mine, moves fast, communicates clearly, and ships SaaS platforms that are actually ready to launch.

Hired Mike for a technical specification for my gym SaaS MVP. Clear scope, architecture and a realistic estimate I could take to agencies. Real full stack developer with strong SaaS development experience, not just a document writer. Delivered a day early. Now discussing the build. Perfect!
