FAQ
Do you write the script, or do I need to provide one?
I can work either way! If you have brand guidelines or key talking points, send them over and I'll turn them into a natural, scroll-stopping script that still sounds like you. If you'd rather hand me a script directly, that works to.
How long does delivery take?
Standard turnaround is listed in my package details, starting once I have the product in hand and any script/messaging is confirmed. Need it faster? Rush delivery is available for an additional fee — just message me before ordering so I can confirm availability for your timeline.
Do I need to ship a physical product?
Yes, for most UGC gigs I'll need the physical product in hand to create authentic, hands-on content. Please factor shipping time into your overall timeline — I'll confirm my delivery address once we lock in the order, and my turnaround clock starts once the product arrives (not at order placement)
