How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery depends on video length and project complexity. A short 30-second room walkthrough takes 3 days, a full apartment or house video takes 5 days, and a complete real estate or commercial project takes 7 days. For urgent deadlines please message me before ordering and I will confirm if a faster
What files do I need to provide?
You can share a floor plan, CAD drawing (.dwg), SketchUp file (.skp), PDF, images or even a rough sketch. The more detail you provide, the more accurate and realistic the walkthrough will be. If you are unsure what to send, message me first and I will guide you through it.
What video format and resolution will I receive?
All videos are delivered in MP4 format. Basic package delivers HD quality (1280x720), Standard delivers Full HD (1920x1080), and Premium delivers Full HD with cinematic quality settings. If you need a specific resolution or format, let me know before ordering.
Can I choose the camera path and style?
Yes — you can specify the camera movement style, which rooms to focus on, and the overall feel of the walkthrough. I recommend sharing reference videos of styles you like so I can match your vision as closely as possible. We will agree on the camera path before production begins.
Do you add music or voiceover to the video?
