Can you migrate a WordPress website to Wix?
Yes. I can manually recreate a standard WordPress business website in Wix or Wix Studio. Websites with custom plugins, memberships, databases or advanced functions require a custom quote.
Can you migrate Squarespace or GoDaddy to Wix?
Yes. I can recreate standard websites from Squarespace, GoDaddy, Weebly and similar platforms in Wix. Please send me your current website link before ordering.
Is the website migration automatic?
No. Most websites cannot be transferred into Wix with one click. I manually recreate the pages, content and design so they work properly within Wix.
Will my new Wix website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Mobile optimization is included based on the package selected. I will adjust the layout for common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Will you preserve my website SEO?
I can transfer existing page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and page URLs where possible. Search rankings cannot be guaranteed, and redirects may require additional setup.
Do you migrate WooCommerce or online stores?
E-commerce migrations are not included in the standard packages. Products, payments, shipping, taxes and customer data require a custom review and quote.
Can you connect my domain to the new Wix website?
Yes. Domain connection is available as a Gig Extra. You must provide the required domain access and have an eligible Wix plan.
What do you need before starting the migration?
I need your current website link, Wix account access, logo, images, written content and any design instructions. Additional access may be required depending on the platform.
