Can I see some of your work?
Yes, absolutely! FIverr ToS doesn't allow us to include past project URL's in our description, so I'll have to message them to you. Just let me know that you'd like to see my portfolio, and I'll provide it.
What do I need to give you in order for you to get started on my project?
So, generally I won't send an offer or start a project until I have all pertinent account information and content. Here's what that entails: • Domain registrar and hosting account login credentials • All copy, images, graphics, and videos * Does not include content I'm creating
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Well over 60% of all web views are now on mobile devices. Except for in the most occasional of circumstances, a site that isn't mobile friendly is useless. Because of this, I employ mobile first design practices about 90% of the time. This means that I will design your site's mobile version first.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes! For those people who just don't want to deal with hosting, I will host your site for you. I have options beginning at $15/month. It is a cloud hosting service that I purchase through Hostinger. I can provide you with more information if you are interested!
If I'd like to purchase and maintain my own hosting account. Do you have recommendations?
Yes! I've have had the most success and the least amount of trouble with Bluehost and Hostinger. I'd recommend using cloud hosting, and staying away from shared hosting. Both Bluehost and Hostinger offer good customer support, and provide cloud hosting options that are easy to use.
Will it be difficult to update my site?
Not at all. I utilize design methods that ensure you will be able to update your site easily and effectively! I also provide a custom how to video that covers the basics of updating and maintaining your site. Additional custom how-to videos are available for an additional fee.
Do you provide premium plugin licenses?
I don't provide licenses for specific plugins, accounts, or softwares. That being said, in most cases, there are really good free options for most any functionality. My standard practice is to utilize free plugins whenever it won't compromise site security, functionality, or user experience.
What happens if something happens to my website (it gets deleted, hacked, corrupted)?
I STRONGLY recommend that you create backups of your site. Do so early and often. If you don't create backups of your site, you run the risk of losing everything you've invested in your project. I offer maintenance packages that include backup service. Message me if you are interested.
