I run three servers with about 150 containers in daily production: Nextcloud, Immich, Jellyfin, Vaultwarden, Authentik, GitLab, Proxmox, Pi-hole, WireGuard and monitoring. Self-hosting is what I do every day, not a tutorial I read once.
WHAT I INSTALL: Nextcloud (files, calendar, office), Immich (photo backup, the Google Photos replacement), Jellyfin and Plex (media), Vaultwarden (passwords), Pi-hole and AdGuard (ad blocking), Paperless-ngx, Portainer, Home Assistant, Uptime Kuma, Grafana, n8n, Open WebUI and Ollama for local AI, and most other Docker images.
WHAT YOU GET: clean docker-compose files you own, a reverse proxy with real HTTPS certificates, working backups, and a short note explaining what I changed and how to change it yourself. No lock-in.
WHERE I WORK: your VPS, dedicated server, home lab, NAS (Synology, QNAP, Unraid, TrueNAS) or Raspberry Pi, over SSH. A sudo user is enough.
SOMETHING BROKEN? Send me the error or your docker logs before ordering. I will tell you straight away whether I can fix it, and I do not bill for a problem I cannot solve.

What do I need to provide before you start?
Three things: SSH access to your server (a sudo user is enough), your domain name if you want HTTPS, and the list of apps you want installed or the exact error you are seeing. I handle the rest and send you a plain-language summary of everything I changed.
Is it safe to give you access to my server and data?
Fair question. A sudo user is enough (never share your root password), I can list every command I run, and nothing is copied off your machine. When we finish, delete my user and rotate credentials - I will remind you to. Your data stays on your server at all times.
